Prepare yourself for a Minnesota theater invasion. The
Minnesota Fringe Festival will host a total of 169 shows in less than two weeks. The event started this past Thursday and will continue up until August 10.
The festival features a variety of performances, ranging from comedies to dramas to improvised pieces to everything else you could think of. Check out all the shows
here.
In order to go to a show, you must first purchase an admission button, $4 each. After that, single tickets are $12 for adults and $5 for kids 12 and under. You can buy tickets online or walk-up 30 minutes before the show.
If you're looking to see more than just one show, the festival offers deals on multi-show passes. If you're up for the task, you can purchase a pass for all of the performances for $225, though I'd be thoroughly impressed if you actually managed to make it to all 169 of them. For those feeling perhaps a tad more realistic, there are also ten show passes for $100 each and four show passes for $44 each.
The shows will be held at 19 different location throughout Uptown, Downtown and the West Bank.
