Nick Swardson Returns to MN on 'Taste It' Comedy Tour

nickswardsonmonday We Minnesotans love to embellish our notoriety by reminding out-of-towners of our beloved celebrities. We'll say, "We gave you Prince, and Bob Dylan," and to the right crowd, we might even add, "... and Nick Swardson." Our beloved white-boy comedian sure has his own style. He gives us uncensored and sometimes taboo topics right off the bat without a warning to duck and cover. His comedic topics break the ice by giving a climax before the foreplay. But that is just one part of his style that draws in his fans. Swardson's career started when at 18-years-old he pursued his improv and comedy routines at local theatre Acme Comedy Club. From there on his talent was known. He became a force as a comedian, actor, and writer. This triple formula of Nick's expertise is proof enough for me that some people are meant to be famous. Tickets for Nick Swardson's latest tour, "Taste It,"  went on sale late July 2014. Tickets are already selling out fast. Swardson's tour has one stop in Minneapolis, scheduled on September 13th 2014 at the State Theatre. I look forward to his return, and bound-to-be great, filthy show.   Photo via: Live Nation
