Have you wanted to see the new U.S. Bank Stadium and all its glory? The first event isn't for a couple months now and waiting to see the brand new facility can prove difficult. Well, even before actually attending an event there you have an opportunity to take a tour!
On Saturday, July 23 and Sunday, July 24, the New Minnesota Vikings home will be opened to the general public for tours. The best part? Admission is free! However, a ticket is required for the tour so that they can limit the number of people in the stadium.

Are you into sampling craft beers? This weekend, you will have an opportunity to do so with 220+ beers at your finger tips.
It’s the Minnesota Craft Beer Festival, held at the Minneapolis Convention Center on Saturday April 23 from 2:30 - 6:30 p.m. There will be more than 80 breweries present from Minnesota and beyond with over 220 beers. Each brewery has been asked to bring a taproom-only beer and or a rare limited-release beer. Entertainment will be provided by Erik Berry from Trampled by Turtles.

Finally, cold weather has arrived here in Minnesota. Also, it’s a little over a month until Spring Training starts for the Minnesota Twins. Can’t wait until then to get your baseball fix? The Twins are once again doing their two annual events later this month.
The first is TwinsFest, which will be held on Friday January 29 to Sunday January 31st at Target Field. Tickets will be $20 for adults and $10 for kids 14 and under. Metro Transit will be providing free rides to and from the event.

For those who love craft beer (I am amongst that group), the St. Paul Craft Beer Tour is a perfect event for you. Sure, it's way too cold to do almost anything that requires going outside -- but, almost anything does not include drinking delicious beer, especially when there are approximately 150 craft beers to chose from, and the number of samples is unlimited. Yes, unlimited.
St. Cloud has a fantastic opportunity for you in the form of their tour, which kicks off at 2 pm and runs until 5 pm this Saturday, January 16. The 150 or so beers come from Minnesota and across the country.
