'Vehicle Day' on May 3rd at Southdale Center in Edina

vehicle day - 2014 - May event

If you and your youngsters love anything with four wheels and a big engine, head on over to Edina this weekend to check out 'Vehicle Day' for your opportunity to get an up-close look at all the different vehicles that help make our suburban cities function. Police squads cars, fire engines, snow plows, buses, garbage trucks and other public utility vehicles — bring your little tykes to give them a chances to sit in the driver's seat of some of these huge and unique vehicles. And, of course, bring your cameras to capture photos and video of all the fun. The actual vehicle drivers will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about their vehicles and jobs they perform. The event is at Southdale Center's parking lot in Edina and runs from 10am to Noon this Saturday, May 3rd.
